We understand that getting back into exercise can feel overwhelming—especially when you’re juggling sleep deprivation, feeding schedules, and a body that may not feel like your own. You might feel nervous about where to start, unsure what’s safe, or whether you even have the energy to try.
That’s exactly why we created this program. You don’t need to be fit to begin. You just need a safe, supportive space that adapts to you. We meet you where you’re at—emotionally, physically, and logistically—so you can begin rebuilding strength and confidence at your own pace.
Whether it’s once a week or more, you’ll be guided, encouraged, and supported every step of the way by a team that gets it.
45-minute semi-private sessions tailored to your stage of recovery

Evita: 6 Months Postpartum
1. The biggest challenge I faced after having my baby was fear that I wouldn't be able to get my body back in shape or feel strong again. I was so tired all the time, I felt weak, muscles were literally turned off and I didn't know how to get back to exercising by myself. I felt very down and isolated.
2. Before joining Odyssey I was worried that being in a gym community and lifting weights would feel awkward and unnatural. I was also intimidated by the thought of personal training because I didn't want someone pushing me to do things that were too difficult for what my body was ready for. Turns out the guidance in my sessions has been to take it slower with structured steps to make faster improvements. This makes me feel good about what I'm doing. I walk out feeling proud of what I can do.
3. Being part of the Odyssey HFC has immediately helped me feel stronger, better and confident that I can and will get back to my former strength and abilities. Everything is explained so well and I feel understood. Even though I'm only doing one session a week, I feel the difference in my shoulders, back and core. Each session switches on muscles that had been severed from having a cesarean birth. Personal training with Luke teaches me to pace myself and understand the steps, the process, to get stronger.
4. Some great results I've already experienced in less than 3 months are better posture, more energy, feeling stronger and in general just happier because I can feel my body is doing better.
5. If I could give advice to a new mom I would say, be patient and kind to yourself. It's crazy, amazing and so difficult having a new baby. All your pain, fear and low energy is expected but don't get stuck in it. You are not alone. The fact that Luke created a program specifically for postpartum women is fantastic and will support your healing journey.
