We are on a mission to change the way we do traditional health and fitness. Instead of draining ourselves and not seeing any results, we focus on creating purposeful, tailored health and fitness programs for everyday people.

With a supportive environment that is centred around connection and community where we are open and honest in all that we do and adaptive to all situations and environments.

Odyssey HFC is a small personal training studio that is a safe space to focus on your health. We have a community of like minded members that are willing to help each other along the way and enjoy the journey together.

Our main service is 1-1 personal training with optional studio access to help fast track your results.
